Check in was a charm, wicked fast, and my room was super clean. Staff was super chill, like the cleaning lady brought me stuff before breakfast every morning. The coffee? Damn good! Surprise breakfast even with no reservation. The AC was solid too. Missed out on storage though, so work on that!

This place was a solid pick for a couple of nights in Monterrey, great value for the money. The staff made sure I got a quick breakfast every morning, a nice touch. Just avoid walking alone at night if you're a woman. Better to grab an Uber.

Checking in went smoothly, and the cleanliness of the room impressed me right away. A big window let in natural light. The air conditioning worked well, keeping the room at a comfortable temperature. It featured simple items like fruit, yogurt, and great coffee, which exceeded my expectations. The staff made a real effort to be accommodating, and I appreciated the early access to my room. While I enjoyed the shower's strong hot water, the limited space for luggage storage became a hassle. The area felt sketchy, especially at night, and I received warnings to avoid walking alone. Wifi was generally reliable but spotty during peak times. Small details like the pillow being too thick and the soap not foaming well added to the discomfort.
